The Old Square is an area located in Lunathion. The Head of Old Square is the Oracle.
General Information[]
The Old Square is the area where Bryce Quinlan has chosen to live, as it was the most friendly towards half-breeds. That is partly because the Old Square is one of the poorer regions of the city, but it's also very touristic. Ruhn Danaan previously lived near Old Square, on one of the rougher streets, presumably to piss off his father. His unofficial office is above a dive bar. It's also where Jesiba Roga's Gallery was located, on a quiet street a block off the Istros River. The Old Square Gate's insignia is a ruby with a heart inside it. Because of the Gate's location, it is often referred to as the Heart Gate. Crescent City University students are always out in the Old Square causing trouble on the weekends. It has narrow streets lined with iron lampposts. The Central Business District is half a mile westward.
The White Raven, one of the most popular nightclubs in the city, lies in the center of the Old Square. Danika and Bryce's apartment was a fifteen-block walk from Griffin Antiquities, the Istros River was three blocks away. and the Pearl and Rose was a twenty-minute walk away. Archer Street is lined with dozens of clubs.
The Pack of Devils were responsible for patrolling Old Square, making sure tourists didn't get hurt or come across the wrong person. They made sure the bars, cafes, music hall, and shops stayed safe.
