The Blue Court is located beneath the Istros River and is ruled by The River Queen.

It is said that in the past mer brought humans under the water to The Blue Court to marry them and didn't let them escape by trapping them in parts of the kingdom in air bubbles. You can't go down to the Blue Court without permission and there is a craft that takes people up and down once a day. If you have the ability, swimming down to the Blue Court is not recommended due to the guards.
