The Rhagan Sea is an ocean on Midgard, bordering Pangera.
General Information[]
Not much is known about the Rhagan Sea. It was once the home of hippocampi, who dwelled in the cerulean waters until ancient wars had destroyed them.[1] The ancient cities along the coast of the Rhagan Sea were the blueprint for Lunathion with their sandstone walls, the arid climate, the olive groves and little farms that line distant hills beyond the city borders and even a great temple to a patron goddess in the very center.[2]
The coral and kelp beds along the eastern borders of the Rhagan Sea were destroyed in the Sorvakkian Wars around two thousand years ago and have still not returned. The mer who farmed them were compensated, but only for a few seasons.[3]
