Pangera is one of the continents of Midgard and is where the Eternal City is located.

General Information[]

Pangera is a vast and sprawling territory across the Haldren Sea from Valbara. Besides the Eternal City, Pangera is the location of the Asteri's death camps. Their most notorious one is Kavalla. The Bracchus is another death camp located in the north of Pangera where elders are sent to be executed and buried in mass graves. About twenty miles from Kavalla is the port city of Servast. Alcene is a small city two hours from Servast that serves as a vital depot along the Spine. The Pangeran Archangels have palaces and country villas where feasts turn into orgies that last for days while humans and the Vanir poor suffer and starve mere feet away.

The landscape is mostly made up of dry hills with mountains near the shore. Olive groves are scattered throughout the land. Hilly groves turn into rocky mountains that ends at the glittering blue sea. The mountain's seaward side looks as if it has been shaved off. There's nothing but a straight, lethal plunge to the water five hundred feet below.

History[]

The human uprising started in Pangera forty years ago, but has remained confined to the northern reaches. In Valbara, it is referred to as "the Pangeran conflict." According to reports, the human resistance is prepared to wipe themselves out rather than submit to the Asteri and their "elected" Senate's rule. For the last forty years, the war has raged Pangera, but the Asteri "won't let" the conflict spread to Valbara.
