Milly Garkunos is a neighbor of Ember Quinlan and Randall Silago.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Ember says Milly was very kind to her and Bryce after they arrived in Nidaros when Bryce was 3 years old. She was the only neighbor who would check in on them, and bring them food and supplies.[1]
House of Sky and Breath[]
After Emile Renast was brought to live with Ember and Randall, Bryce Quinlan was talking to Ember on the phone asking about Emile. Emile was not talking about his previous life. Ember said Milly Garkunos said to let him bring it up on his own time. Bryce mockingly asks if Milly suddenly became a child psychiatrist. Ember replies that Milly is a good neighbor.[2]

Milly spent some time with the Quinlan family at their home due to the Winter Solstice celebrations. She was overwhelmed by Hunt Athalar's presence so she barely said a word at breakfast or during the exchange of gifts afterward, all the while sneaking glances at Hunt. Bryce says she was drooling over the angel.[1]
Personality[]
Bryce says Milly is a busybody.[2] Ember is afraid of Milly so we can assume she has a strong personality.[1] She is very talkative.
