Ithan Holstrom is a Shifter and the younger brother of Connor Holstrom.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Ithan was raised by his older brother Connor since their parents died. He idolized his brother and always listened to him, which resulted in the Pack of Devils used to call Ithan "Connor's Shadow." He was an unofficial member in the Pack. The Holstrom family were Alphas, leaders, and warriors in their own right.
House of Earth and Blood[]
Ithan was a history major and the star of CCU's sunball team. He was rumored to be going pro as soon as Connor gave the nod. The reason he didn't go pro after high school was that the elder brother he idolized so much insisted that his degree came first, sports second.
He was a cocky boy who tried flirting on Bryce so he could try the successful techniques on Nathalie. He relentlessly questioned Bryce about when she'd finally start dating his brother and didn't take "never" for an answer.
On hearing about Connor and the Pack's murder, Ithan called Bryce twenty-one times and sent a half-dozen audiomails. The messages started from being sobbing and panicked, then shifted to worry after Bryce didn't respond. After the chats from Bryce's phone were leaked, Ithan sent one last audiomail to her, and the tone was nothing but razor-sharp coldness. Ithan told Bryce that she was not welcome at the Sailing. He wept as he pushed his brother's remains, and was so distraught that his sunball teammates had to hold him up.
After Connor's death, Ithan dropped out of CCU and quit playing sunball. No one could convince him to return. He'd walked away from the sport and never looked back. Ithan made the Drop and stepped into his brother's shoes by joining the Black Rose Wolf Pack, the pack that replaced the Pack of Devils. Ithan became the Second of the Black Rose Wolf Pack.

Personality[]
Before Connor's death, Ithan was a cocky boy who harmlessly flirted around and basked in the glory of being a sunball star player. He loved sports and closely followed his favorite teams. After his brother's death he became serious and grew into a honed predator and a gifted warrior. As per Naomi, Ithan is a solid male: fair-minded, smart, and loyal.
Physical Description[]
Ithan is tall and muscular with golden-brown hair, tan skin, and brown eyes. Ithan's wolf form wears a grey fur and is the size of a horse.
Powers & Abilities[]
- Shifter Physiology: Ithan has enhanced speed, strength and regenerative abilities because of his Vanir status. He has more acute senses and can heal injuries much faster than a regular human.
- Shifting: As a shifter Ithan possesses the ability to transform into a magically enhanced animal form. His animal form is that of a larger than average wolf. In this form, he is stronger, faster and has keener senses than in human form.
- Elemental Magic: Since taking the cure to rid himself of the Asteri Parasite, Ithan can manipulate snow.
- Immortality: Having made the Drop, Ithan is immortal, which not only grants him a far greater lifespan, but allows him to live through injuries that not even his accelerated healing would be able to regenerate from.
