Plot Summary[]
Bryce Quinlan recieves a phone call from Cormac Donnall, telling her to accompany him to lunch at the Hawthorne Villa. When they arrive, Fae nobility is gathered, enjoying the party thrown by the Flynns. Instead of mingling with them, Bryce converses with Tristan Flynn instead.
After the luncheon, Bryce meets with Hunt Athalar in a pub, planning for a bathroom hookup. They are disturbed by a Satyr and Bryce has to pretend to be hurt, so that there won't be any gossip about her leaving a bathroom with Hunt, since she is still engaged to Cormac.
