A Drop Center describes the place where Vanir are able to make the Drop.
General Information[]
During the Drop, Vanir give off a flash of light, the so-called firstlight. This "donation" of firstlight by each citizen is a key element of the Drop ritual and part of why it is always done in a governmental Drop Center. A Drop Center is a sterile room where the firstlight from the person making the Drop is gobbled up during the transition into immortality and true power. It's all tracked by the Eleusian system, which is able to monitor every moment through vibrations in the world's magic. Family members sometimes watch the feeds in an adjacent room.
